• Exchange request is received at Megatech Global, inc. within 24 hours of order delivery.
• The product is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
• The received product(s) differed from the original order.
• Any part of product is missing in the package.
• Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged in any way.

Please email pictures of the product to mateen@megatechglobalinc.com. We will look into the case and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.

Once we receive the product, it will be thoroughly reviewed to evaluate the issue. We will inform you accordingly about the acceptance / approval status of the exchange and further proceeding.

Please ensure that the product is sent back to us, complete in its original condition, along with original packaging.

Products sent back to us without first reporting at mateen@megatechglobalinc.com will not be entertained and accepted.

Any shipping and handling charges associated with the exchange of a product are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refund

All sales are considered final. There are no monetary returns, but can be exchanged for products of equal or higher value.
